商品代金以外の必要料金	基本的には商品代金以外の追加料金はございません。館内でご利用になりました追加の飲み物やお土産などに関しては購入時にフロントまたはレストランにてお支払いください。
支払方法・支払期限	当館の宿泊料金は基本的に事前決済となります。公式ホームページまたは各旅行代理サイトから予約時に決済手続きを行ってください。予約時にかかる料金以外に関しては現地でご精算ください。
サービス提供時期	宿泊および食事の提供は、ご予約いただいた日時およびプラン内容に基づき実施いたします。チェックイン開始時刻以降にご到着いただき、夕食および朝食は各プランで定められた時間帯にご提供いたします。
キャンセルポリシー	ご予約のキャンセルにつきましては、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。宿泊日14日前〜7日前のキャンセル：宿泊料金の50% 宿泊日7日前〜4日前のキャンセル：宿泊料金の80% 宿泊日3日前〜当日キャンセル：宿泊料金の100% 無連絡不泊：宿泊料金の100% また、宿泊に付随するお食事につきましても、キャンセルの場合は所定のキャンセル料が発生する場合がございます。キャンセル料が発生する場合、事前決済済みの代金からキャンセル料および決済手数料等を差し引いた額を返金いたします。クラウドファンディングなどで宿泊チケットなどを購入された場合は、クラウドファンディング運営会社が設定しているキャンセルポリシーに準じます。
返金について	サービスの特性上、ご提供済みの宿泊料および食事代金の返金には応じかねる場合がございます。ただし、キャンセル手続きにより返金対象となる場合は、上記キャンセルポリシーに基づき対応いたします。
その他の重要事項	当公式サイトからのご予約は、予約完了画面が表示された時点で成立し、折り返しご登録メールアドレス宛に予約内容確認メールをお送りいたします。ご予約内容の変更やお問い合わせは、上記の電話番号またはメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。各プラン固有の条件や詳細なご利用規則については、当館の宿泊約款および利用規則をご確認ください。なお、本表記と各規定に矛盾が生じる場合は、各規定が優先されます。

Accommodation Rates	Rates vary by plan. Please refer to the respective plan page for details. All displayed prices are inclusive of consumption tax.
Additional Charges	No additional charges beyond the room rate in principle. Additional beverages or other in-house purchases are payable at the front desk or restaurant at time of purchase.
Payment Method & Deadline	Accommodation charges are generally prepaid. Payment is processed at the time of booking via our official website or partner booking sites. Any charges beyond the reservation amount are settled on-site.
Service Delivery	Accommodation and dining are provided on the dates and according to the plan details reserved. Guests should arrive after the check-in time; dinner and breakfast are served during the times specified in each plan.
Cancellation Policy	The following cancellation fees apply: 14–7 days before arrival: 50% of room rate 7–4 days before arrival: 80% of room rate 3 days before arrival to day-of: 100% of room rate No-show: 100% of room rate Cancellation fees may also apply to dining included with the accommodation. Where cancellation fees apply, the amount will be deducted from any prepaid amount (along with applicable transaction fees) and the remainder refunded. For accommodation tickets purchased through crowdfunding platforms, the cancellation policy set by the relevant platform operator shall apply.
Refunds	Due to the nature of the service, refunds for accommodation and dining already provided may not be possible. Where a refund applies following cancellation, it will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
Other Important Matters	Reservations made via this official website are confirmed when the reservation completion screen is displayed. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. For changes to reservations or enquiries, please contact us by phone or email above. For plan-specific conditions and detailed terms of use, please refer to our Accommodation Terms and House Rules. In the event of any conflict between this notice and those terms, the terms shall prevail.
